Takoma Park Baptist Church - Youth Ministries

The Youth Ministries of Takoma Park Baptist Church:

Provides you with opportunities to have fun and connect with other youth;
Creates forums for you and your parents to talk openly and honestly with one another;
Broadens your thinking through exposure to different cultural and church events; and
Offers you opportunities to serve others.

There are a variety of ministries available for youth at Takoma. The Love Alive ministry serves as a regular time of Bible study and fellowship on 2^nd and 4^th Friday Nights of the month. The Youth Choir meets on 1^st and 3^rd Friday nights every month for music practice and fellowship. On Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour, there is a class designed specifically for youth.

As an outgrowth of the Youth Ministries, adult leaders have developed a number of activities to add excitement to your life at Takoma. Click here for information on a list of example activities.

For the parents of youth, a special class called Parenting By Grace has been created in the Family Life/Life Skills Ministry. To find out more about this Saturday morning class, contact the church office at TPBC@juno.com or 202-723-4700.
